\*Didn’t mean to place an order? We understand, mistakes happen! If you act quickly after your order has been confirmed, you may see a “cancel order” button when you select that order in your Orders page. This button is only available for a short window of time, so if you see it and need to cancel, act fast! Please note, this is a new feature and is currently only available to eligible customers. We hope to make this option available to everyone soon!

If this button is no longer visible, this means that we’ve begun packing and preparing your order at our warehouse. Once this process begins, we’re no longer able to make changes to your box or stop your order from being delivered.
