Misfits Perks is the loyalty points program for both Misfits Market and Imperfect Foods. It's a great way to reward you for shopping with us regularly, and you can earn bonus points by downloading our app. You're automatically enrolled when you create your account, and can begin earning points with your very first order!

### Earning Points

  

Customers on a Subscription Plan earn two points for every dollar and Flex Plan customers earn one point for every dollar spent on grocery purchases. Dollars spent on any applicable taxes, delivery fees, driver tips, alcohol purchases, and purchasing gift cards don't accumulate points. You can earn points on any orders you place, including those you choose to donate! 

  

  

### Using Your Points

There's no limit to how many Perks Points you can earn, and you can spend up to 1,000 points per order! These points have no cash value, aren't transferable, and can't be sold. You can learn more about how to view and redeem your points below: 

  

  

#### How do I view my points balance? 

  

You can view your points balance at any time on the Account Home page to the right of your name.

#### How do I Shop with Points?

  

_Note: our website will look a little different depending on which brand you shop with, but all buttons and menus are located in the same places!_ 

  

  

Step 1: Navigate to your Account Home page during an open shopping window

  

Step 2: Select the rectangular Edit Cart button in the Upcoming Order section near the top of the page

Step 3: Click the 'x' in the upper right corner to the right of the order date to close your cart

Step 4: Locate and select the Shop with Points page in the menu at the left of the page, under the Weekly Picks in the Curated section

Step 5: View your points balance in the banner at the top of the page 

Step 6: Continue down the page beneath your points balance to see the Available Gifts you can add to your cart

Step 7: Once you see the Available Gift you want to add, check how many points it costs directly underneath the name of the item

Step 7: Select the pill-shaped "+Add" button to the bottom right of the image of the item you want to add to your cart

Step 8: Confirm you added your gift by viewing it in your shopping cart, it will show a $0 total and be labeled as a PERK

### Do points expire?

  

Your points balance will automatically expire if:

*   You don’t place an order with Misfits Market for 60 days or you don’t use your stored points within 1 year of the date they are earned
*   You completelycancel your account
    *   You won't lose any points if you downgrade to our Flex Plan! However, the rate at which you earn points will change. 

Don't worry-- If we need to reimburse your order for any reason you won't miss out on any points. However, if you cancel an order you placed, those points will be deducted from your balance.

#### Can I opt out of Misfits Perks?

  

No, all Misfits Market customers are automatically enrolled in Misfits Perks. However, the program is free to use.

#### Are there any “status” levels (e.g. VIP, elite)?

Not at this time. However, the ratio of points that you earn will depend on whether you are shopping with us on a weekly grocery plan or if you are ordering a la carte. Weekly grocery plan members will earn points twice as quickly from their purchases!
