# How do I redeem a discount code?

_Note: Once promo codes are applied to your account, they can only be removed by Customer Care. Any subsequent discounts attached to the promotion will apply automatically, so long as the promotion hasn't expired._ 

  

To apply a coupon code: 

Step 1: Select "My Profile" from the account menu on the left of your screen

Step 2:  Locate the "Promos & Credits" section near the bottom of the page between "Payment Method" and "Email & Text Notifications"

Step 3: Select "Have a discount code?"

Step 3: Enter the promo code in the text box

Step 4: Click "Apply"

If applicable, your coupon will be applied toward your next order. You can review this discount on the order invoice once your shopping window has closed. 

  

_Note: Expiration dates for promo codes can be found in fine print at the bottom of the associated promotional emails, or they can be requested by reaching out to our customer care team. In order for a promotion to apply to your order, the expiration date must fall **after** the close of your shopping window._
