Misfits+/Imperfect+ is our exclusive grocery shopping membership that offers our customers the very best value for their orders. Members pay an annual $69 fee to get access to members-only discounts and enjoy reduced shipping fees. Additionally, every order you place helps donate 2+ meals to people facing hunger in your area thanks to our partnership with Feeding America\*. Our Misfits+/Imperfect+ Deals aisle gets updated with new deals each week, in addition to our everyday savings.

  

#### Canceling Your Paid Membership

  

You may cancel your Misfits+/Imperfect+ membership by going to your Account page, clicking the “View My Membership” link, and then clicking “Cancel Misfits+/Imperfect+ membership link.

To avoid further charges, cancel prior to 9:00 p.m. ET on the day your current billing cycle ends. If you cancel your Misfits+ membership at any other time during a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund, but you will still have access to your membership benefits until the end of your then-current membership term. If you cancel your Imperfect+/Misfits+ membership, your grocery subscription will not be canceled, and you’ll still be able to shop for regularly priced groceries on a weekly basis. 

  

#### Free Trials

  

Select customers may be eligible for a free trial of our membership program! If you sign up with our free trial, you have 14 days to try out all the benefits of being a member, including access to weekly discounts via the Deals aisle, reduced shipping fees on every order, and the ability to help fight hunger with every order. 

If you decide you want to stick with your non-membership plan , all you have to do is cancel prior to 9:00 p.m. ET on the day your trial ends to avoid being charged the annual fee. (If your free trial ends before your shopping window closes, your Misfits+ benefits will still apply to that order!). You can cancel your free trial anytime via the Misfits+ page in your Account. If you do not cancel by 9:00 p.m. ET on the day your free trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the $69 annual membership fee (plus any applicable taxes) and you will be enrolled in an annual Misfits+ membership that will automatically continue each year unless you cancel via the Misfits+ page in your Account.

When you successfully sign up for a Misfits+/Imperfect+ membership, every order you place helps donate 2+ meals to people facing hunger in your area thanks to our partnership with Feeding America. _\*$1 helps Feeding America to provide at least 10 meals. For each Misfits+ order placed, 25 cents will be donated to Feeding America beginning July 8, 2024 and ending December 31, 2026. Donations to Feeding America are helping provide food and groceries to the Feeding America network of food banks._

To ensure you don't miss a day of savings, your Misfits+/Imperfect+ membership will automatically renew each year. We will charge the annual $69 membership fee to the payment method on file. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date so you have plenty of notice before the charge goes through.
